GIFT WRAP #3: STAMPS & KRAFT PAPER
Another gift wrapping idea that is so easy and inexpensive…stamped gifts! I love using kraft paper as a base because there is just so much you can do with it! And this is such a great way to create interesting, handmade wrapping paper – just use stamps you already have and create your own!
I bought a set of vintage number stamps (that I also used for this gift!) at a flea market ages ago, and I decided to make my own wrapping paper with them! I just stamped all over the kraft paper, waited for it to dry, and wrapped my gift. I wanted a touch of color, so I added some red twine.
When I first thought of stamping your own wrapping paper, what immediately came to mind were the stamps from Yellow Owl Workshop. I love that their sets create a scene; you can stamp your own little work of art! I bought the beach set (since, you know, I love the ocean!), and had fun stamping!
Finally, a very simple stamped sentiment. This is such a simple gift, with just a bit of twine, nothing too overdone. Simplicity can go a long way!

Such cute packaging friend!! I think I have those exact same number stamps – that guy has the best stuff, he’s one of my favorites at the flea market ;) What a great idea to stamp numbers on the wrapping, love it and loving this series!
That is so cute!! :)
